POSITION DESCRIPTION


TITLE: Field Human Resources Manager

LOCATION: Willow Grove, PA

DESCRIPTION: Our client, a privately owned, international services company, is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager. This Human Resources professional will provide HR support to field operations nationally. Will recruit and source employees for field management, which includes screening, interviewing, testing, and hiring for exempt-level positions. Will be responsible for EEOC and affirmative action compliance. Also, will coordinate and conduct training programs for supervisor level employees. Will serve as a key resource for field management in HR areas such as discipline, termination, employee issues, FMLA, and motivation. This position will report to the Manager of Corporate Administration.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have prior experience in either a Human Resources or Field Management position in a large, high turnover service environment. Extensive experience in staffing and employee relations is a must. Supervisory/skills training experience is necessary including stand-up group presentations. National travel up to 50% is required.

COMPENSATION: $70K- $85K base salary + bonus + 401k plan + outstanding benefits.
